A beautiful 5-bedroom villa, situated in zone 7 Dunas Douradas, within only a 5-minute walk to the lovely “Maria’s” beach.

This beautiful villa offers a high standard furnishing throughout providing tasteful interior accommodation and plenty of outside areas to relax and enjoy the sun! This villa accommodate up to 10people. There 3 double bedroom, One twin bedroom and One bedroom that can be made as double or twin. The property has a small entertainment room with a small TV and a pool table.

Dunas Douradas as been a well-known and highly regarded resort for families for many years. The lovely long and golden sandy beach is within a short walking distance and the communal pool brings families together. The restaurants at Julia’s beach and Vale do Lobo are within a !0-15 minute walk along the beach.

And for the golfers: Some of the world’s most distinguish golf courses, are only a short driving distance away namely, Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean, Quinta do Lago South and North, Laranja, Sao Lourenco are just a few.

As this property is a registered member of the prestigious Dunas Duoradas Resort (Not Dunas Douradas Beach Club!), you will be able to have the previlege of the Using the Communal pool and tennis courts (near Xenia’s Restaurants).
